Dine On a Dime

Vegetarian Chilli

This recipe could feed you for one week and will fill you up. Everytime I make it, the neighbors come over for a bowl.

1 Can

     Black Beans

1 Can

     Dark Red Kindney Beans

1 Can

     Vegetarian Pinto Beans

1 Can

     GOYA Garbanzo Beans

1 Can

     Crushed Tomatoes

1 Can

     Corn

1

     Onion

1

     Stalk Celery

1

     Bell Pepper

1

     Clove Garlic

Seasonings

     Red Pepper Flakes

 

     Any Salt Free Spice Blend

 

     GOYA Chicken Boulion

Directions

Rinse and drain all beans and corn.

Chop peppers, celery and oinion.

Mince Garlic.

Pour all ingredients into a crock pot or slow cooker.

 

Cooking Time
